South Australian based Lucesco Lighting opened its doors today as part of its pitch of creating a new supply network of SMART LED lighting into the Australian marketplace.

In what promises to be “a dawn of innovation” for the lighting market in Australia, Lucesco will offer a full turn key solution to the marketplace and will challenge existing competition with a vast array of product and services, all with a value proposition.

Lucesco Lighting is part of the successful Haneco Lighting Group owned by Mr Nicho Teng, who established the business in 2012 and now enjoys status as a major player in the LED lighting market with yearly sales in excess of $60M per annum and employing over 70 people.

“Lucesco has a vast portfolio of product that includes every possible light fitting for indoor and outdoor applications across residential ,commercial ,industrial, sporting and special projects. For example Lucesco has just completed the supply of LED lighting to the Adelaide Festival Riverbank Palais, which is a dynamic display of outdoor controlled RGB lights to the facility and precinct.” Mr Teng said.

Premium LED lighting with SMART connectivity is a logical extension to the now accepted LED market. Lucesco will provide a range of consultative services including Technical advice and Dialux plans to the project specifiers.

Lucesco has significant capacity and flexibility to supply to projects small and large throughout Australia and will use a mix of offshore manufacture and local assembly.

The Head Office in Adelaide has highly experienced staff that will shortly expand to around 15 people and include representation in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

Technology will be a key feature of the Lucesco Lighting platform using 5th generation innovation incorporating LIFI and Internet of things (IOT).

As what is seen as an Australian first, a full interactive ‘state of the art’ fully themed showroom is established at Cowandilla and is open for inspection at anytime by appointment. It features a themed zone presentation that showcases the complete range of more than 100 different products in a realistic working environment.

Whilst SMART LED lighting will be the cornerstone of the Business, connectivity and control systems will add extra value to the energy efficient lighting systems offered.
